General Terms
The following conditions are NOT covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, dents caused by usage, or ageing of materials.
- Damages caused by intentional misuse, improper use, or uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters.
- Accessories such as plastic and silicone are considered consumables and should be inspected annually under normal use. Any surface damages or irregularities are considered normal wear and tear. We recommend purchasing new accessories as replacements.
- The printing on our products is not permanent, and normal wear and tear or peeling of the printing due to regular use are not covered under warranty.
- Exterior scratches, paint peeling, or other damages caused by human factors that do not affect the product’s core functionality, such as insulation and cooking performance are not included in the warranty coverage.
- Damages to glass components, including breakage, are not included in the warranty coverage.
The validity of the THERMOS warranty is determined solely by Thermos Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. upon the final checking and verification of the product's condition. Please be aware that the warranty does not extend to cash exchanges or any form of monetary compensation.
