Why stainless steel vacuumware should be keep away from gas stove or direct heat?
This is to prevent deformation or discoloration of the product.
What is the recommended amount of beverage in the vacuumware?
Do not add the beverage more than maximum label, kindly leave space half inch from the top. Otherwise, it might overspill and cause burn when you close the lid.
Can I store dry ice, carbonated beverage, acidic beverage, milk and fruit juice in vacuumware?
- Do not store dry ice and carbonated beverage which can cause strong pressure in the vacuumware. It may result stopper to eject forcefully.
- Do not store acidic beverage such as plum juice and lemon juice etc., which may lead to poor performance in hot retention.
- Milk, or dairy product and fruit juice should not be kept in the vacuumware for prolonged period as it may spoil.
Do I need to wash a THERMOcafé product when first use?
Wash and clean the product with warm water and washing-up liquid before first use.

How long is the Stainless Steel Vacuumware & Double Wall warranty?
- Stainless Steel vacuumware is valid for 1 year warranty for heat retention.
- Double Wall & Glasslinear product only entitle for warranty if your product is due to manufacturing or rust defect only.

This warranty is only valid for items sold via THERMOcafé Official Website or authorized sellers/outlets. We will not provide any warranty for THERMOcafé products sold via unauthorised channels.

THERMOcafé Warranty does not apply for any customer-generated scratches, dents, paint peeling, misuse or other external cause which does not affect temperature retention of the product.
